Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance and paid for prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The person making the booking is responsible for all fees, conduct, and compliance with these terms.
Bookings are non‑transferable.
2. Breakages & Damages
Any damage to studio property, equipment, furniture, or décor will be charged to the person who made the booking.
Charges will reflect full repair or replacement costs.
Please handle all equipment and props with care.
3. Food & Drink Policy
No food is permitted inside the studio rooms.
Tea and coffee must be kept away from the sofa and rug area and must be in the takeaway cups provided.
All other drinks must be in sealed plastic bottles only.
Spills or stains may result in cleaning or replacement charges.
4. Use of Equipment, Props & Furniture
Studio lighting and equipment are included in your booking unless stated otherwise.
Please let us know in advance if you require specific equipment.
Props and furniture must remain inside the studio and be returned to their original position before you leave.
5. Studio Conduct
The studio must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition it was found.
Please allow 5–10 minutes at the end of your booking to reset the space.
No smoking, vaping, smoke machines, haze, glitter, confetti, powders, or messy materials unless pre‑approved in writing.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
6. Time Management & Overtime
Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.
Overtime is charged by the hour and is only permitted if the studio is available.
Extensions must be approved before your session ends.
7. Safety & Access
For security reasons, guests must be accompanied by a staff member when entering the building.
Fire exits and walkways must remain clear at all times.
You are responsible for the safety and behaviour of everyone you bring into the studio.
8. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in advance.
Late arrivals, no‑shows, or unused time are non‑refundable.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
You agree to use the studio at your own risk and ensure all participants behave safely and responsibly.
10. Professional Use
The studio may not be used for illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activities.
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session immediately if behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms.
